At grounded, we stand behind the quality craftsmanship of our hand-made, ecologically sound footwear. That’s why we offer an industry-leading five-year warranty for any manufacturer defects.
If you have any issues that might be related to a manufacturer defect, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know. We’re more than happy to take a look and see what we can do for you!
Please kindly allow up to 10 business days to process your claim once your completed form is received on our end.
Note: This policy only applies to purchases made on groundedpeople.com. Warranty issues applicable to grounded products purchased from another retailer should be addressed with that retailer directly.
